Improving patient experience is a key component of the Quadruple Aim and a measure that is increasingly important for assessing the health of healthcare providers, staff and the overall medical practice. Developing more effective ways to engage and communicate with staff and patients also helps increase profit margins, recruit and retain the best and most talented staff and boosts patient satisfaction. Join us for this session with Gina Ore and Passion for Patients.
